Admission Procedure

The Sanskar Valley Public School ( TSVPS) offers a great personal and natural environment to enrich the children with qualities of moral and educational well being so that they may become a good Citizen.

The admission procedure at TSVPS is very simple and parent friendly.

Children must fulfill the minimum age as on 1st July of the year in which admission is sought:


Nursery       :         2.5 – 3.5 years

L.K.G.         :         3.5 – 4.5 years

U.K.G.         :         4.5 – 5.5 years

1st              :         5.5 – 6.5 years

2nd             :         6.5 – 7.5 years

3rd              :         7.5 – 8.5 years

 

4th              :         8.5 – 9.5 years

5th              :         9.5 – 10.5 years

6th              :         10.5 – 11.5 years

7th              :         11.5 – 12.5 years

8th              :         12.5 – 13.5 years

9th              :         13.5 – 14.5 years

11th            :         14.5 – 15.5 years

STEP-1 : ADMISSION ENQUIRY

Visit the School Office or get in touch with our admission Counsellor on 9174177300 to answer your questions and collect the required information.

STEP-2 : REGISTRATION

The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, fill the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. Kindly carry one latest colored Passport size photograph of the child and the parent along with self-attested Date of Birth certificate.

STEP 3 : SCHOOL VISIT & INTERACTION WITH THE PRINCIPAL

Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal, so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school, ask questions and collect any information they require.

STEP 4 : FORM SUBMISSION

The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form

Copy of the Birth Certificate

Copy of Report Card of last two years

List of documents required at the time of admission:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Evidence of having passed from the previous class
3. 4 latest coloured photographs of the student
4. Caste Certificate (For OBC / SC / ST)
5. Original TC / SLC from the previous school
6. AADHAR Copy
7. SSSM ID
8. Copy of Bank Account Number
9. Parents Photographs

STEP 5 : PAYMENT OF FEES

The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.
